Acceptance of Terms
By using Telvatec’s services, including international calling, mobile top-ups, and money transfers, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services. These terms, along with any additional policies such as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern your relationship with Telvatec.
Telvatec reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes means you accept the updated terms.

a) Service Availability While Telvatec strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Certain factors, such as network provider availability, internet access, and third-party systems, may affect your ability to use our services.
b) Account Requirements To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
c) Service Restrictions You may not use our services for illegal purposes or in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights. Telvatec reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to engage in fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or violations of these Terms of Service.
Use of Services
a) International Calling
Telvatec allows you to make outbound international calls using internet-based voice protocols (VoIP). You are responsible for ensuring that your contact resides in a jurisdiction supported by Telvatec. Calls may be placed via a mobile app, website, or other compatible devices.
Telvatec does not support emergency calls (such as 911 or similar services) and cannot guarantee connectivity in all regions or to all numbers. You must arrange alternative means of communication for emergency purposes.
b) Mobile Top-Ups
When using the mobile top-up service, you must provide accurate details of the recipient’s mobile number and ensure the chosen network operator is supported. Once a top-up is completed and credited to the recipient’s account, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Telvatec is not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party network operators or service providers.
c) Money Transfers
Telvatec’s money transfer services allow you to send funds internationally. When initiating a transfer, you must provide accurate details of the recipient’s information, including name, contact details, and bank or mobile wallet information.
The exchange rates and fees applicable to money transfers will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. Transfers are typically processed within a specified time frame, but delays may occur due to regulatory checks, recipient bank processing times, or unforeseen circumstances.
Telvatec adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We may require you to provide identification and additional documentation to comply with these legal requirements. Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payments and Billing
a) Payment Methods
Telvatec accepts payments via credit or debit cards, mobile wallets, or other supported payment methods. All payments must be made in advance to access our international calling, mobile top-up, and money transfer services. The applicable rates and fees for services will be clearly presented at the time of the transaction.
b) Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact Telvatec within 30 days of the transaction to request a refund. Refund requests after this period may not be honored.
c) Refunds
All purchases of international calling credits, mobile top-ups, and money transfers are final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of an error or failure directly attributable to Telvatec, subject to our review and approval. Once a transaction has been completed and the service delivered (e.g., the top-up credited or the funds transferred), it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Account Suspension and Termination
Telvatec reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our services. In the event of account suspension, you may lose access to any unused credits or pending services.
